New aprons, new colors
The model year 2017 continues in five equipment versions. Three of them (Pop, Pop Star and Lounge) are equipped with front drive and come in an urban look. The versions called Cross and CrossPlus provide more off-road flair with more rugged and redesigned bumpers including underrun protection and new daytime running lights, as well as a 4-wheel drive on request. New are the three car body colors Cappuccino Beige, Jeans Light Blue and Donatello Bronze as well as standard 17-inch light-alloy wheels for the 500X Lounge and rework details in the interior (two-color fabric combinations and optional leather). The dimensions remain unchanged with the new model year. The length of the SUV body is 4.25 meters.Petrol engines available for more models
The drive remains everything as before. The range includes three petrol engines with 110, 140 and 170 hp as well as three diesel engines with 95, 120 and 140 hp. Depending on the engine, different gear boxes are available: There is a manual five-speed or six-speed transmission, a six-speed DSG or a new-speed automatic transmission. The only innovation? The 110-hp base-gasifier is now also available for the cross- and cross-plus models. Technology updates and Price
The 2017 Fiat 500X can be ordered immediately. And pricing from 15.990 euros. Six airbags, an electronic stability program with Hill start assistance, an electric servo steering with power assist, electric windows, a speed control system, a height-adjustable driver's seat, a height-adjustable and longitudinally-adjustable steering wheel as well as an electric parking brake. Optionally available are an adaptive cruise control, bi-xenon headlights, Keyless Go, a three-stage driving program system as well as park sensors and a reversing camera. If desired, the front seats can also be electrically adjusted. The Uconnect 6.5 NAV LIVE system can be used to couple the smartphone and a 16.5-inch touchscreen in the center console visualizes the TomTom navi and the Internet.
