World debut of the 2014 Lexus LF-NX Concept. At the IAA 2013 in Frankfurt celebrates the compact crossover concept car Lexus LF-NX its world premiere.
With the Lexus LF-NX tests the audience reactions to a possible compact SUV. The concept car is powered by a customized SUV on issues new variant of the highly efficient Lexus full hybrid drive.
With a distinctive and powerful design, the study reflects the recent development of the Lexus L-finesse design language. The front end is dominated by a new interpretation of Lexus Diabolo grille designs, expressive headlamps with LED daytime running lights and two air intakes, the optically separate the bumper from the fender.
In the side view, the LF NX provides the robustness typical of urban SUVs. Above the belt line, the Lexus recall typical forms of the side windows and the rear flat expiring with the integrated spoiler at the silhouette of a sporty coupe. Strikingly designed rear light units dominate the tail of the LF-NX. The special silver finish of the Lexus LF-NX reminiscent of brushed metal and gives the impression that the body of the concept car is machined from solid aluminum.
The interior design of the LF-NX relies on the design of its body. Powerful curved shapes emphasize a driver-oriented cockpit in an ergonomically perfect environment. In the style of the L-finesse design language of the instrument panel is divided into an upper and a lower level of information control level. In the lower operating level are intuitive, touch-sensitive switch and the new touch pad control. Leather upholstery in black with bright yellow contrast stitching and a blue instrument lighting and gear underline the premium - claim the LF-NX concept SUV.
