Lamborghini presents the Veneno in Geneva a new super sports car, which is limited to three copies.
On the 50th Anniversary Lamborghini presents its new street-legal supercar, the 2013 Lamborghini Veneno. Its design is consistently designed for optimum aerodynamics and stability in fast corners, so that its driving dynamics of a racing prototype resembles.
Still has the Lamborghini Veneno a street legal, on which are subject to forward only three customers. As many copies of the super sports car from Lamborghini is whose name is again attributed to a legendary fighting bull back, namely limited. The Italians will be driven fast by a 6.5-liter 12-cylinder with an output of 750 hp (552 kW).
This is sufficient to in 2.8 seconds from a standstill to accelerate pace of 100 km / h, top speed is 355 km / h Thus, the force is also perfectly placed on the road, has the Veneno permanent all-wheel drive and a racing chassis with pushrod suspension and horizontal spring / damper units.
The Veneno is provided but also consistent with lightweight materials, the entire chassis is made as carbon fiber monocoque, and the outer skin is made from carbon.
The design of the Lamborghini Veneno follows the aerodynamic requirements and looks extremely futuristic. Highest dynamics, optimal contact pressure and low air resistance and perfect cooling of high-performance engines were at the center of development.
The strictly limited Lamborghini also offers exclusive light-alloy wheels, the front 20 "and rear 21" in size. Their design is also determined by the aerodynamic function: A carbon fiber ring around the rim circle works like a turbine and provides additional cooling air to the carbon-ceramic brake discs which ensure optimum deceleration.
Inside, it is then also continue with a lot of light-weight materials and very athletic. The lightweight bucket seats are made from a patented for Lamborghini "Forged Composite", as a reference material for the entire cockpit, some of the seats and the headliner is used the woven carbon fiber "CarbonSkin", which was soaked with a very special resin.
The racing atmosphere was also applied to the dashboard, which has been completely redesigned, and a new graphical interface including G-force meter has.
The vehicle has 0 issued in Geneva and the number is the test vehicle. The three other copies are produced in the course of 2013 and handed over to the lucky owner.
